First, lie down on the Body Board and align your back to find a comfortable location. Then, place the Cranial Neck Board below your head. Relax and breathe for ten to twenty minutes each day. At the end of your AlignCore session, slowly wiggle down the board a few inches and roll off or carefully and slowly sit up.
Optional: The Cranial (Neck) Support Board can be partially placed onto the Body Board to lift your head higher.
Place the Lumbar Board under the buttocks or lower back depending on the area you want to address. Relax and breathe for ten to twenty minutes each day. At the end of your AlignCore session, slowly wiggle down the board a few inches and roll off or carefully and slowly sit up.
The Complete AlignCore System of three therapy boards allows placement flexibility; you can arrange or move the boards to where you find the most comfort and relief. Some people will find relief by placing one (or two) of the smaller support boards in the lower back area and using the larger Body Board for head and neck support.
While the AlignCore System is designed to be used in a relaxed state, more advanced actions are encouraged. Once you’ve become well acquainted with your boards, take your time to experiment with them. Rock back and forth, cross your legs, shift your weight, or move the boards in different configurations. Be creative - and remember: you can’t really do it wrong. Enjoy!
